Understanding Time Tracking
How Magoosh calculates and reports student time on the platform.
Time Spent = (minutes spent watching videos) + (minutes spent answering practice questions or doing quizzes). It does not include time spent reading explanations (but it does include time spent watching explanation videos). In other words, it includes the sum of time when you see a clock running during a video or during a practice session.
It's the best way we have to show time that was actually spent studying, without including idle time on a page.
Using time data effectively
