At the top of your instructor portal, you'll find the Reporting tab, which gives you access to subject-level statistics and practice test results for your students.
To view subject-level data, click the Reporting tab and then select Subjects. You will see a list of all subjects covered in the exam.
The subjects are listed in alphabetical order. You can:
- Scroll through the list or use the search bar at the top of the page to find a specific subject.
- Click any column header to change the sort order.
- Use the filter options to narrow results by date, school, or class.
For each subject, you will see the total number of practice questions answered and the percentage answered correctly. To export this data, click the download icon to the right of the search bar.
In addition to subject stats, you can also review practice test results from the Reporting tab. Just click "Practice Tests" at the top of the page. A list of students who have taken practice tests including their name, date of the practice test, and sections completed will populate. You can also see their overall score, along with the individual section scores.
You can search by individual student, date, or class using the search bar at the top. As with the subject stats, you can also download students' practice test stats by clicking the download icon at the right of the search bar.
To view an individual student's performance in detail, click their name to open their personal stats page. For more on navigating student stats, see the article How do I monitor student progress?
