How do I resend a student welcome email?

I enrolled a student but either they didn't receive the welcome email from Magoosh or the link is expired.

While there is no way to "resend" the welcome email, there are other options available for your student to access their account. Here are some different options and things to check:

  1. One of the first things to check is that you used the correct email address for the student. If not you will want to update it first so they get password reset emails in the future.
  2. If they previously had a Magoosh account they can try to log in using the password they had before.
  3. The student can attempt to log in and select "Forgot Password" so they will be sent a new password.
  4. You can also reset their password in one of two ways so they are able to access their account.
